WOYWW-191

http://stamping-ground.blogspot.co.uk

Good morning all, well the addiction has taken over again! Slightly different angle today, but no better a photograph. On my desk deliveries, 2 Splodgeaway masks and a set of summer Distress Inks that arrived yesterday and I moved from my chair to the desk.  Lying around is a pair of scissors, pencil, Versafine inkpad, that purple/yellow thing near the scissor points is masking tape and post its and any other sticky bits, I pile them there in a sticky pile until I am ready to throw them in the bin. Under my desk are a box of acetate, templates, masks, a heating tool, a travel iron, 2 Smartprice hair sprays, kitchen roll and my Grand Calibur just peeping out from under it. I have also posted a picture of the cards I made the other week when it looked like I had a card avalanche, when i was in UIU mode. Well don't just look at my mess- er creative space, get yourself over to the cause of it all Julia Dunnit at Stamping Ground, but be warned it is addictive.

  1. Morning Carol, Your workspace looks very much like mine ha ha, we end up crafting in a tiny space don't we. Your UIU cards are beautiful.

    1. Good evening Patricia, yes the more 'organised' I have become the less craft space I seem to have, I really need a craft room not a craft space!

  2. There is simply no way I would show my craft space - it looks like a bomb site. Love the cards - there is a beautiful one there with blue flowers.

    1. Thank you Marie-Louise, I was unsure about them on that beige background, but there was some blue in the border, so I thought the flowers in the middle would make them pop, but they haven't.

    1. Thank you Helen. UIU means Use it Up, anything you have had for ages and not used or barely used, so you see i had to stop stroking my stash and start to put it to good use.

    2. Thank you Helen, I have just posted a reply and then deleted it by accident, I think I need coffee. UIU means Use it Up, you have to use things you have had for a while and not used or not used much. So I have had to stop stroking my craft stash and use it.

  16. As hard as i have tried to be a tidy crafter, deep down i feel it was never meant to be. If i was meant to be tidy it would just happen naturally. I shouldn't have to work at it. I would rather spend my tidying time playing. I will only end up pulling it all back out again, why waste more play time.
Nice cards Carol. I love the colours of the flowers (dragonfly card).
